The webinar is tentatively scheduled for January 11, pending final publication of the regulation. Since January 2011 school nutritional professionals have been eagerly awaiting the final regulations on the USDA-issued proposed meal patterns; patterns calling for more produce and whole grains, less sodium and calories in school meals. During this webinar members will learn what the final regulation entails, and how the new standards differ from current requirements.
