If getting involved in the Fuel Up to Play 60 program is on your “to-do” list for the new year, we hope you will find today’s post useful. Fuel Up to Play 60 continues to grow in popularity, and each year more schools, more students, and more communities join the movement to support healthier students. Designed to engage and empower youth to take action for their own health, FUTP60 provides a framework for students to implement long-term, positive changes for themselves and their schools—and to inspire their friends to do the same.

Fuel Up to Play 60 was launched by the National Dairy Council and the National Football League, in cooperation with the U.S. Department of Agriculture. The program encourages youth to consume nutrient-rich foods (low-fat and fat-free dairy, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains) and achieve at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day.

If you are working on bringing stakeholders together to build support for Fuel Up to Play 60 in your school, or your child’s school, the FUTP60 website has provided an extensive Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section to address questions related to the Program Overview, Website Technical Help, Registration and Login assistance, Tracker information, Dashboard/My Account questions, Badges & Rewards, SchoolTube, Playbook, Parent & Student Ambassador FAQs, Program Advisor questions, and Challenge Submission Guidelines. You can access the Fuel Up to Play 60 FAQ page online to find answers to a comprehensive list of questions.
