WEbinarWEDNESDAYfinalWe have rescheduled our April 3, 2014 webinar! Please join us on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 for our upcoming webinar, “Unlock Your Menu Potential: Secrets to Whole Grain Success.” This webinar is free and will be held from 2:00 p.m. through 3:15 p.m. EST. You can register online now.

In partnership with Ultragrain®, SNA will host this free webinar, which will focus on how to finesse your whole grain recipes for school foodservice—rolls, bread, pasta dishes, and a la carte items. With the implementation of the USDA meal pattern, districts are working hard to offer menus that meet the new, whole-grain rich pattern. Now that we all have almost a year of experience with the new meal pattern, there may still be areas in your whole grain menu offerings that offer room for improvement. During this 75 minute webinar, we will discover new products, learn about the versatility of speed scratch cooking, and hear about the ways in which industry is working to make new products that meet the new meal pattern available to school cafeterias. Register now to participate, and hear from our panel of experts—including your fellow child nutrition professionals, and industry representatives—on how to create a menu of whole grain-rich recipes that your students will love!

Attendance for this webinar is worth one (1) SNA CEU credit. If menuing whole grain-rich recipes is a priority for your school nutrition program, we hope you will join us at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, April 30, 2014.
