Program Advisors are an essential component of the Fuel Up to Play 60 program. Functioning as coaches for their school’s FUTP60 team, program advisors are in charge of recruiting other adults and students to join the fun. Not only is having multiple advisors in one school allowed, it’s encouraged! The more program advisors a school has, the more successful the school’s Fuel Up to Play 60 program will be.
Offering support to students as they work to activate healthy changes in their school is the primary function for FUTP60 Program Advisors. They are an important part of the Fuel Up to Play 60 program, giving encouragement and guidance to students as they become leaders themselves. Program Advisors also help schools earn rewards, through completing the Six Steps and helping their school become a Touchdown School; Program Advisors can also apply for Funds for Fuel Up to Play 60. Program Advisors can also enter the “Be the First Sweepstakes” contest for a chance to win a Program Advisor Prize pack.
